The tailoring term is 5–10 working days. We process your articles straight on payment receiving. We make NEW items personally for you, according to hygienic etiquette.
*The items of clothes presented in our showroom are only for demonstration and trying on purpose.

Return, refund and replacement
Return, refund and replacement are available in Moscow in our atelier during 14 days since purchase. In case of returning or replacement out of Moscow the customer pays all the shipping charges if necessary.

In case of returning or replacement note please:
- The item being returned must be in the same condition as it was purchased.
- Before returning, make sure that the item has its original labels and is in original packaging.
- Attach the paying document which was attached to the order confirmation e-mail.
- We reserve the right to check the condition of the garment and take the decision on the replacement or refunding.
- In case of refunding the transfer will be realized to the same card which was used when purchasing, within the period fixed by the banks rules.
The garments bought on sale
In case of the item was bought on sale the sum can be returned, only as a certificate.
The late returning
You have right to return any item within 14 days after receiving it. We can’t take any item back later than 14 days since you receive it. In this case the item will be sent back.
